About me

I'm Olga, a UX/UI designer based in Lisbon, with 5+ years of in-house experience across product, web, and brand. I've spent the last four years working across two creative environments: an agency with storytelling at its core, and a software house where I went deep on design systems, no-code, and shipping production interfaces faster with AI.

In my experience, I contributed design work to a green energy marketplace MVP built in Lovable, where I structured pages, rebuilt component library, managed visual quality iteration. That project showed me how to use AI tools as real collaborators to move fast.

The project I'm most proud of is Wasalaa, an e-commerce platform redesign. I started with a full audit of the existing website, then expanded the platform with new brand and content pages. The work included rethinking product listings, basket flows, and overall navigation to improve usability and conversion. I built a detailed moodboard to establish visual direction, then systematically redesigned the homepage and extended the design system across all subpages for consistency and scalability. Throughout the project, I worked in close daily collaboration with the client, staying actively involved during development to ensure accurate implementation. It was a long process of refreshing and rebuilding the user experience while maintaining client guidelines, all under a pretty intense deadline.

Currently, I work as a freelance designer. I focus on brand identity and AI-assisted workflows (Figma AI, Claude Design, Claude Code, Vercel). Claude helps me make design decisions, ship faster live prototypes, and streamline processes from ideation through UX research and design.

I'd love to talk about how this experience informs my approach to your marketplace challenges.
