I was responsible for UX and UI design for the Wasalaa redesign project. The work included a full audit of the existing application and a significant expansion of the platform with many new brand and content pages. I also improved the product listing experience and overall navigation.

I identified key usability and interface issues and proposed design changes to improve UX clarity and visual consistency. I worked in close daily collaboration with the client throughout the process, continuously aligning on updates and design decisions.

During production, I stayed actively involved and supported the development team whenever needed to ensure accurate implementation and smooth delivery of the redesigned experience.

This was followed by a complete redesign of the homepage, establishing the new visual and structural direction for the platform, and then extending the system across all remaining subpages to ensure consistency and scalability across the entire experience.
